Eclipse Group Limited was established in 2000 by Cath Heppelthwaite. Cath is the principal planner with many years’ experience in the planning field. She holds a degree in Resource Studies and is a Full Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute, Resource Management Law Association and New Zealand Acoustic Society.

Cath’s clients cover the spectrum of sizes and a wide range of activities – from individual home owners and multi-unit residential development, to large infrastructure providers and local and central government bodies.
